From the 24th to the 26th of February, students from 1st baccalaureate and 4th of ESO –Javier Valdés Zorrilla de Lequerica, Javier Rodriguez Cuenca, Milo Joseph Talbot-Garman Alonso and Pedro Corchado Enrile– competed against schools from Madrid, Costa Rica, Senegal and Singapore in the Debate Tournament of the IEU in English.

This year´s student was particularly innovative, with teams participating via Zoom and face-to-face within the same rounds. The level of competition was as fierce as ever, with students having to prepare a total of ten different motions. Our students learned a great deal from this tournament and are sure to compete all the better for it in next year’s tournament.
